A Wildflower Path: Navigating Wellness Through Life’s Seasons Webinar Series presented by the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Mental Health.

Like wildflowers, mind-body-spirit (MBS) practices can take root and find strength in unexpected places. Our communities and services flourish when we nurture ourselves and each other. Join us for a transformative six-part webinar series that offers practical MBS techniques that support healing and well-being. This series is open to anyone touched by trauma—whether through personal experience or in supporting others.

Throughout this series, we will share MBS practices that are free, accessible, and adaptable. These practices are ways to nurture ourselves and each other and can be incredibly helpful when words are not. To demonstrate the wide range of accessible MBS practices, these sessions will include strategies for individual practice, sharing MBS practices with others, and creating healing spaces by integrating holistic approaches into organizational culture. Each session builds upon the last, honoring diverse perspectives on healing and well-being.

Whether seeking tools for individual growth or community transformation, this series guides you in cultivating compassionate care, emotional and physical safety, and connection. Join us as we discover the natural wisdom of the wildflower path, learning to bloom in every environment we encounter.
