TEAM BUILDING.

WADE steers away from the traditional organizational model of hierarchical, top-down leadership. We implement a diverse, women-first, compassionate and flexible work culture that supports achieving a work-life balance.

We implement regular professional development sessions with experts on topics surrounding accessibility, race, gender-based issues, non-profit operations, and more.

We have zero tolerance for discrimination in its numerous forms (racism, ageism, harassment, victimization) and we support the growth of our employees within the company by treating and paying them fairly accordingly to their ability and contribution.

We are a progressive organization interested in challenging the status quo. As such we welcome our employees’ input on important decisions for the company with the understanding of the accountability and responsibility that it entails.

LGBTQIA ALLEYSHIP.

Alleyship, stripped of any form of performative connotation, stands at the backbone of WADE. Our consistent practice of checking our privilege, allows us to empathize with marginalized or oppressed groups. We offer our platforms and resources to the diverse ecology of the LGBTQIA community in order to amplify their visibility and voices. We recognize the necessity for consistent support, education, listening sessions, difficult conversations and we humbly accept our imperfect approach, which needs to be re-evaluated, adjusted and pivoted on a regular basis.
