Advocacy
WADE is a women-led interdisciplinary arts organization using performance, research, and community programming to confront gender-based violence and advance cultural equity.
WADE proudly develops and maintains relationships with other change-makers in the arts and social justice sectors around the globe.
WADE began as a global dance training platform. Today, it uses performance, research, and community engagement to confront gender-based violence and advance equity. Rooted in trauma-informed practice, WADE creates residencies, festivals, exhibitions, and educational programs that transform movement into meaningful cultural change.
